Due to expansion, Laidlaw Education LLP are seeking experienced well qualified teachers (including SpLD) to join our teaching team from the start of the Summer Term 2022, in April.

In particular, we require the following:
SpLD qualified teacher for daytime and after school lessons. It would be an advantage to also be able to teach mainstream lessons in English and Maths.
Teachers of Maths, English, Humanities and Science for daytime– up to and including GCSE (more than one person!). You would be teaching individual students or pairs.
A qualified and experienced teacher for online teaching who would be available to teach throughout the day and up to 7.30pm.
To apply you must have:
UK teaching qualification
Good understanding of the UK national curriculum
Extensive knowledge of teaching techniques and learning styles
Previous tutoring experience preferred
Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage with pupils of all abilities
Ability to start in April on a permanent basis, be available to teach during the day and to travel to our classrooms
As a self-employed teacher you have the back-up of the Laidlaw Education office and wider teaching team. Payment is by the hour promptly at the end of each month and lessons take place during term time only. There may be an opportunity to join our LLP.
All tutors are required to have a valid DBS (with which we can assist if required)
